Refund Policy
Effective June 18, 2026.We want Godward to be worth it. If something isn’t right, here’s how refunds work, depending on where you subscribed. This policy is part of our Subscription Terms.
App Store & Google Play purchases
Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are billed and managed by those stores, and refunds follow their policies. Request a refund directly through the App Store or Google Play; we’re not able to process store refunds on their behalf.
Web purchases (via Paddle)
Web subscriptions are sold by Paddle(paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. For a web purchase, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll review your request in line with applicable consumer-protection law. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.
Free trial
If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you are not charged — there is nothing to refund. We’ll remind you before the trial ends.
Renewals
You can cancel anytime to stop future billing. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law; if you cancel, you keep Godward+ until the end of the current period and then return to the free plan.
Your statutory rights
Where the law gives you a statutory right to a refund or withdrawal (for example, certain EU/UK withdrawal rights or U.S. state protections), we honor it. This policy does not limit those rights.
When a refund may not be issued
Consistent with Paddle’s buyer terms, refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior. Even then, you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
How to request a refund
Email support@godward.me with your account email and a short note. We aim to respond within a few business days. For store purchases, use the App Store or Google Play refund flow.
